Shizuka Golf (“Shizuka,” “we”) only collects what we need to make your glove and get it to you. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the details of your glove. If you choose CEO Hand Delivery, we also collect your phone number.
  • When you send a bulk order inquiry: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your club or company, and the details of your order.
  • Payment details: you enter these on Stripe's checkout page and Stripe processes them. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

This site doesn't set cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses cookies to prevent fraud. You can read Stripe's privacy policy for details.

How we use it

  • To make, ship and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To handle cancellations, returns and questions.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To keep the records we need for taxes and accounting.

We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what each of these companies needs to do its job:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
  • Our website host and our email provider. Bulk order inquiries are sent to our inbox through Resend.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and accounting, which is usually seven years. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Just email hello@shizukagolf.com. If we have to keep some records for legal reasons, we'll tell you.

Security

The site only loads over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payments are handled by Stripe, which meets PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the card industry's security standard.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
