Size guide
Finding your size.
A leather glove should fit snug across the palm with no loose leather at the fingertips. You'll need a soft tape measure and about a minute.
How to measure
Measure the hand you wear the glove on. That's your left hand if you swing right-handed.
- Around the palm. Wrap the tape around your hand just below the knuckles. Leave your thumb out and keep the tape flat but not tight.
- Hand length. Measure from the crease at the bottom of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.
- Find your size. Use the palm measurement first. Then use your hand length to decide between regular and cadet.
Regular sizes
| Size | Around the palm | Hand length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 7 to 7½ in | 6¾ to 7 in |
| M | 7½ to 8 in | 7 to 7¼ in |
| ML | 8 to 8½ in | 7¼ to 7½ in |
| L | 8½ to 9 in | 7½ to 7¾ in |
| XL | 9 to 9½ in | 7¾ to 8 in |
Cadet sizes
Cadet gloves are as wide as the regular size but have fingers about a quarter inch shorter. Choose cadet if your palm matches a size but your hand is shorter than its range, or if regular gloves usually leave extra leather at your fingertips. Cadet comes in M, ML, L and XL.
Between sizes?
Go with the smaller size. Leather stretches a little as you wear it in.
