Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order from Shizuka Golf (“Shizuka,” “we”) on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. You pay the full price when you order, including any personalization and delivery charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item was priced incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Drops and ship-by dates

We make gloves in batches called drops. Each order goes into a drop and ships by that drop's ship-by date, which we show you before you pay. If we don't ship by that date, you can cancel for a full refund. If we expect a delay, we'll tell you before the date and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States except California, where the sale of kangaroo products is not allowed. Orders with a California shipping address are canceled before payment is collected.

Personalization

Please check your letters before you order. We may decline letters we think are offensive or that may use someone else's trademark. If we do, we'll refund that order in full.

CEO Hand Delivery

We schedule CEO Hand Delivery with you by phone or email after your drop ships. If we can't agree on a time within two weeks, we'll ship your glove by insured shipping and refund the hand delivery charge in full.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our shipping and returns policy, which is part of these terms.

The product

Our gloves are made from natural leather, so the grain and color vary a little from glove to glove and may look slightly different from the images on this site. That isn't a defect. Golf gloves wear out with play, and normal wear isn't covered as a defect.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
